Unlike networks whose members act independently, coalitions bring organizations together to act jointly. 

Introduction

Coalitions form to address a specific, time- limited issue or they may sustain collaboration long-term.

Members draw on assets from their organizations, as well as seek new resources.

Calloway

Both Lighten Up Calloway and CC-ASAP are a part of the Murray-Calloway County Wellness Consortium. The Consortium and both workgroups are made up of corporate agencies, non-profit organizations, faith based organizations, city and county school systems, Medicaid providers and concerned citizens of Murray and Calloway County who want to change our culture to change our future.

Mission: Healthy Carlisle is a coalition of community members, organizations and local government dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Carlisle County residents

Vision: To bring together community partners, individuals, and families to impact our built environment to enable citizens of Carlisle County to improve overall well-being.

Fulton
Graves

Mission: Improving the quality of life of Graves County residents by providing valuable accommodations and resources.

Vision: To be a healthy community where our residents can achieve optimal health in a clean environment, enjoy protection from public health threats and can access quality healthcare. We are committed to working together to enhance, promote and protect the health of Graves County.

Marshall

Mission: Together we strive to improve the health and well-being of Marshall County by providing valuable services through community collaboration.

McCracken

Mission: A coalition of community members, health care providers, social services, businesses, faith based organizations, and various other members devoted to sharing resources and information to help improve the wellness of citizens in Paducah-McCracken County.

  • Meetings: Last Monday of the month at 9:00am (via Zoom, with in person meetings in February, April, June, and October 2026 at Four Rivers Behavioral Health)
