Introduction
Coalitions form to address a specific, time- limited issue or they may sustain collaboration long-term.
Members draw on assets from their organizations, as well as seek new resources.

Both Lighten Up Calloway and CC-ASAP are a part of the Murray-Calloway County Wellness Consortium. The Consortium and both workgroups are made up of corporate agencies, non-profit organizations, faith based organizations, city and county school systems, Medicaid providers and concerned citizens of Murray and Calloway County who want to change our culture to change our future.

Mission: Healthy Carlisle is a coalition of community members, organizations and local government dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Carlisle County residents
Vision: To bring together community partners, individuals, and families to impact our built environment to enable citizens of Carlisle County to improve overall well-being.

Graves

Mission: Improving the quality of life of Graves County residents by providing valuable accommodations and resources.
Vision: To be a healthy community where our residents can achieve optimal health in a clean environment, enjoy protection from public health threats and can access quality healthcare. We are committed to working together to enhance, promote and protect the health of Graves County.
